Tuition Policy
Number of Academic Terms per Program:
- MD Program: 14 semesters
- Bachelor of Nursing: 10 semesters
- Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality: 8 semesters
- Bridging Program (Tourism & Hospitality): Number of semesters depends on required courses as decided by the program committee
- Diplomas in Tourism (Various Specializations): 5 semesters each
Semester Tuition Fees:
- MD Program: SAR 32,500 per semester
- Bachelor of Nursing: SAR 22,500 per semester
- Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality: SAR 22,500 per semester
- Bridging Tourism & Hospitality: SAR 17,500 per semester
- Diplomas in Tourism: SAR 17,500 per semester
Registration Fees:
- MD Program: SAR 3,000
- Bachelor of Nursing & Tourism Programs: SAR 1,500
Registration fees are applied toward the first semester tuition if the applicant is accepted.
Fees are refundable if the applicant is not accepted due to limited seats, using the same payment method.
Fees are non-refundable if the applicant withdraws voluntarily or fails to complete registration requirements.
Tuition Payment Options:
- Full Year Payment (2 semesters):
- Discount of SAR 3,000 for MD
- Discount of SAR 1,500 for Nursing and Tourism programs
- Single Semester Payment: No discount
Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer to the approved college account
- Mada, Visa, or Mastercard
- Other approved methods
Tuition Refund Policy:
- Withdrawal before 09/08/2025: full refund
- Withdrawal 09/08/2025 – 16/08/2025: 25% deduction
- Withdrawal 17/08/2025 – 23/08/2025: 50% deduction
- After 24/08/2025: tuition is non-refundable
General Terms:
- Full payment is required to complete student registration and issue a student ID.
- Payment must be completed unless a payment plan is agreed with the finance department.
- Late payment may result in suspension from classes or exams.
